Chat with buyers and send offers

Buyer messages appear in Chats. Open it from the chat icon in the toolbar or from the menu. The To Reply tab shows the chats waiting for your answer.

Each chat is linked to the listing the buyer asked about. Reply quickly. If the buyer asks for extra photos or a short video, press the + button next to the message box and choose Photo or Video.

1. Open the chat with the buyer.
2. Press Send offer next to the plant at the top of the chat. On a computer, it is in the panel beside the chat. You can also press the + button and choose Special offer.
3. Enter the price in the buyer's currency, or tap one of the 5%, 10% or 15% off prices. Check You will get, then press Send offer.

The offer appears in the chat. Only that buyer can accept it, and only for that listing. Once accepted, it goes into their cart at that price for checkout. Until then, you can press Retract offer on the offer.

Do not share bank details, payment links or outside contact details to close a sale. Buyer Protection only covers orders paid on Inflos, and you lose the order record you need if something goes wrong.
