Reviews and your reputation

When an order is Completed, the buyer can review you from their purchases. They leave one review per order: a star rating, a comment and up to 3 photos.

Reviews show on your shop page, on your listings and on your reviews page, where other buyers read them before they buy.

• Photos that match the plant they received.
• Shipping within 5 days, with tracking.
• Careful packing, so the plant arrives firm and green.
• Quick, clear replies in chat.

If a review is abusive or is not about the order, message Inflos support with the order ID and explain why.
